20 Mar Frank and Lynne
Frank, Lynne, and their daughter, Rianna, have been fostering with Angels since early 2014. They have had three babies placed in their home, the first of whom they are in the process of adopting. They are committed to helping those in need and have provided stability and love for each baby they have fostered. They consistently exhibit empathy and compassion for the foster children and their biological families.
Frank and Lynne have been married for over 20 years, and have dedicated much of their lives to fostering. Prior to coming to Angels, they fostered with San Diego County for several years and had numerous placements. They adopted one of their first foster children, Rianna, who is now 17 years old. Rianna, loves being a big sister to the babies that come home. Frank is a retired Navy Senior Chief Machinist and now works as a Project Manager for AMSEC. Lynne is a retired EMT and is now a stay at home mom/foster mom/super mom.
Lynne has said it “takes a village to raise a child”. The entire Jarnot family works together to provide the best care and love for each kiddo they foster. From Grandma Georgene to aunts to cousins, they all contribute in different ways to ensure their little Angels are healthy and happy. In addition to providing excellent care for the babies, the Jarnot family is also dedicated to supporting the biological families in any way they can.
We are honored to call the Jarnots an Angels family. We thank them for the time, energy, dedication, and love they give to each placement.
